When the matter was called on 27.08.2015, there was no representation on either side and, hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' to this date. Even today, when the matter appeared in the cause list, there is no representation for the appellant. As I find that the appellant is not evincing any interest to prosecute the Appeal, the Appeal Suit is liable to be dismissed. Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for default.
