THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.28889 OF 2017 DATED : 30.08.2017 Between :

Korada Sri Krishna Murthy, S/o.Late Venkata Satya Narayana, Aged about 74 yrs, Occu : Cultivation, R/o.Srikakulam Village and Panchayat, Gara Mandal, Srikakulam District & others.

..

Petitioners And The State of Andhra Pradesh, Rep., by its Principal Secretary, Revenue Department & others.

.. Respondents This court made the following :

- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.28889 OF 2017 ORDER :

Heard.

2.

Petitioners claim that their family own land to an extent of Ac.94.73 cents in Sy.Nos.890/1, 890/3, 901/3, 901/5, 901/9, 902/1, 901/7, 903, 907, 908/2, 901/2, 910, 912/3, 912/5, 890/2, 902/3 of Srikurmam Village, Gara Mandal, Srikakulam District.

3.

The limited grievance of the petitioners in the writ petition is that they have applied for issuance of Form 1B under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattedar Pass Books Act 1971 (for short 'the Act, 1971'). But so far the same is not issued. 4.

When the matter is taken up, learned Government pleader pointed out that petitioners apparently have not submitted the application as required, through e-seva online service. But written representation is submitted.

Since the Government has streamlined the procedure of submission of application and consideration of such applications, through online websites of the Government only, the applications submitted physically are not processed. Unless online application is made, the request of the petitioners cannot be considered.

5.

Having regard to the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that petitioners would make the applications as required.

6.

Granting liberty to the petitioners to submit application as required by the procedure envisaged by the Government, the Writ Petition is disposed of. It is needless to observe that as and when

- 3 - such application is made and the said application is in accordance with the requirements, the competent authority shall process, take appropriate decision and communicate the same as required by law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of such application. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
