ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners - accused Nos.2 to 7 to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.50 of 2015 on the file of VI Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rajahmundry.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. Respondent No.2 herein filed the present complaint against the petitioners seeking certain reliefs under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the further proceedings against petitioners.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the learned Magistrate to dispose of D.V.C.No.50 of 2015, within a period of three months from today positively, without insisting for the presence of petitioners - respondent Nos.2 to 7 on each and every adjournment, unless it feels that their presence is necessary for any specific purpose. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
