This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to include the name of the first petitioner in the Pahanis and update the online Revenue Record of Pahanis up to the current year in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.23 guntas in Survey No.93, situated at Kyatanpally Shivar, Mandamarri Mandal, Mancherial District.

Heard Sri D.Pochaiah, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri K.Ramakotaiah, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue representing the respondents and perused the record. 3 .

As per the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the material placed on record, the petitioners have submitted a representation, dated 21.02.2019, to the 4th respondent/ Tahsildar, Mandamarri, Mancherial District, to carry forward the entries made in the revenue records in respect of land admeasuring Acs.0.23 guntas in Survey No.93, situated at Kyatanpalli Shivar, Mandamarri Mandal, Mancherial District. It has been contended on behalf of the petitioners that no action has been taken yet on the said representation.

There is no denial by the respondents with regard to submission of the representation, dated 21.02.2019, by the petitioners to the 4th respondent/ Tahsildar, Mandamarri, Mancherial Disrtrict, to incorporate the entries in the latest revenue records.

Under these circumstances, the 4th respondent/ Tahsildar, Mandamarri, Mancherial District, is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 21.02.2019, submitted by the petitioners, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
