SMT. JUSTICE T. RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.2507 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 439 (1) Cr.P.C., seeking relaxation of conditions imposed in the order dated 24.10.2017 passed by the Principal Special Judge for CBI Cases, Hyderabad in Crl.M.P.No.2340 of 2017 in R.C.No.8(A)/2016-CBI/ACB/Hyderabad, that the petitioner shall not leave Hyderabad without prior permission of the Court. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the aforesaid condition to be set aside, but the learned Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is involved in 5 offences and that investigation is still in progress. 3.

Hence, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed by the Court below. However, the petitioner is at liberty to seek for relaxation of the condition imposed by the Court below, if he proposes to leave Hyderabad on any specific purpose.

Criminal petition is accordingly dismissed.
