THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD W.P.No. 8135 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the in action of the respondents in not considering the application of the petitioner to permit it to utilize the vacant shed in Survey Nos.349, 350, 351, 353 and 354 situated at Ramachandrapuram Village, Patancheru Mandal, Sanga Reddy District as function hall as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard both sides and perused the material available on record.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, it is just and proper to dispose of the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 24.01.2019 of the petitioner in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
