O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the leaned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for respondents and at their request, the matter is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent - Station House Officer, Ramachandrapuram Police Station, BHEL X Road, Medak District, is harassing him by coming to his house and calling him to the police station frequently, based on false allegations made by 3rd respondent - G.Rajsekhar. The case of the petitioner is that in the absence of any FIR being registered against him, the action of the 2nd respondent - Station House Officer in calling him to police station and coming to his house on the ground of investigation is illegal and violation of rights under Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, stated that respondent No. 2 is not summoning the petitioner to the police station and the allegations made are fale. Recording the said statement, and having regard to the fact that no crime is pending against the petitioner as on today, the respondent No.2 is directed not to summon the petitioner to police station without following due process of law.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
