THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.11564 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed assailing the action of the Deputy Commissioner of Endowments, Kurnool in issuing proceedings dated 24.03.2012 appointing the second respondent in the writ petition as the Executive Officer of Sri Neela Kanteswara Swamy Temple, Yemmiganur Village and Mandal, Kurnool District.

By order dated 25.04.2012, this Court granted interim suspension of the impugned proceedings. However, this Court left it open to the Commissioner to take appropriate action as warranted.

It is now stated by the learned counsel appearing for the temple that the Commissioner of Endowments subsequently issued separate proceedings appointing the second respondent herein as the Executive Officer of the temple. He further states that in the light of the subsequent proceedings, the impugned proceedings dated 24.03.2012 will not be given effect to.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also

stand closed. No order as to costs.
