COMMON ORDER:

Heard.

2. It is not in dispute that the land, in question, in the present writ petition is also part of Survey No.110, Paimaish No.67, Akkarampaly Village, Tirupati Urban Mandal, Tirupati. It is also not in controversy that similar writ petition relating to another plot of land from the same survey number was considered and disposed of by this court in W.P.No.16016 of 2015 dated 09.06.2015.

3. This writ petition is also disposed of with the similar direction, as extracted hereunder:

"The Sub-Registrar, Tirupati Urban, Tirupati, Chittoor District, is accordingly directed to receive and process the document presented by the petitioner for registration and take appropriate action thereafter in accordance with law. It would be open to the petitioner to apprise the Registration Authority of the legal position at the time of presentation of the document for registration." As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
