THE HON'BLE JUSTICE K.LAKSHMAN CRIMINAL PETITION No.3101 of 2021 ORDER:

Learned Public Prosecutor placed on record the photo copy of the case details of the subject matter and the same is made as part of the record.

A perusal of the same, it is revealed that the investigation is completed in the subject crime, charge sheet is filed and the same is taken on file vide Spl.SC.No.204 of 2021. In view of the said submission, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file fresh petition challenging the very charge sheet itself.

Granting liberty as sought for, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
