In view of the endorsement of withdrawal made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioners to pursue his remedy by filing application under Section 47 CPC in the executing Court of the suit O.S.No.152 of 1995 on the file of III Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, pursuant to the observations of the Apex Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) Nos.32210-32211 of 2015 dated 09.09.2016 Page No.2, in respect of his right in relation to 400 square yards within the decree schedule of 2000 square yards, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand dismissed. No costs.
