THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CRIMINAL PETITION No.16524 OF 2016 ORDER:

Keeping in view the averments made in the Criminal Petition and the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 & A.2, the condition to the extent that "who shall furnish Fixed Deposit of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) each" as imposed in the order dated 04.09.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.3053 of 2016 in Crime No.31 of 2016 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge to Try the Offences under NDPS Act, Visakhapatnam, in respect of the petitioners/A.1 & A.2, is hereby relaxed. All other conditions imposed in the impugned order shall remain unaltered.

This Criminal Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
