HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI C.C.No.511 of 2021 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the order dated 21.12.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23338 of 2020.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent reported that in pursuance of the order dated 21.12.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23338 of 2020, the respondent has considered the case of the petitioner and rejected vide proceedings dated 01.04.2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the rejection proceedings dated 01.04.2021, in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
