Order:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2, in not permitting the petitioner to lift the essential commodities of Fair Price Shop Nos.5 and 49 of Bannur Village, Midthur Mandal, Kurnool District, even though her authorization in respect thereof is subsisting, as illegal and arbitrary.

Today, at the hearing, Mr.K.V.Raghuveer, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and that the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The above-submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
