THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.542 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 15.09.2017, passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.37820 of 2017 in WP.No.30344 of 2017, wherein and whereby this Court directed the respondents authorities to consider the case of the petitioner as and when they take a decision and make further promotions, without reference to the registration of criminal case in terms of G.O.Ms.66, General Administration (Services-C) Department, dated 30.01.1991, in accordance with Rules.

Sri Zakir Ali Danish, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents placed proceedings dated 19.07.2018 before this Court stating that the case of the petitioner was considered and petitioner was promoted subject to final orders in the writ petition. In view of the same, I do not see any violation of the orders passed by this Court and the Contempt Case is accordingly closed by placing the said proceedings dated 19.07.2018 on record. If petitioner has any grievance, it is open for the petitioner to agitate the same, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
