Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

At the admission stage, the following Order is passed: Having regard to the reasons submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner, the learned XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate for the trial of Video Piracy Cases, Hyderabad, is directed to conduct the trial in C.C.No.862 of 2011 pending on the file of his court and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this Order.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
