When the matter was called on 13.06.2017, there was no representation for the appellants, despite the fact that the present Second Appeal relates to the year 2013. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal".

2. Today also, there is no representation for the appellants.

3. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 to 7 is present.

4. It appears that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the Second Appeal.
