Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had preferred an appeal on 29.05.2017 to 1st respondent challenging the punishment imposed on him on 18.05.2017 and that the 1st respondent has not disposed of the said appeal till date. 2.

The Government Pleader for Services Education appearing for respondents states that the 1st respondent will decide the said appeal within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to decide the above appeal within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
