q THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.2055 of 2019 ORDER:
The petitioner is A.7 in Crlme No.94 of 2018 on the file of Saroornagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, registered under Sections 467 and 47t IPC read with Section 82 of the Registration Act, 1908. By way of this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C, he seeks grant of anticipatory bail.
The petitioner-A.7 is stated to be a Document Wrlter. His services were used in the commission of the offence by the other accused. This Court is further informed that A.1 to A.6 and A.B have already been granted regular bail in this crime. That being so, the petitioner would be entitled to grant of anticipatory bail on some conditions. The criminal petition is accordingly allowed. In the event of arrest of the petitioner-A.7, he shall be enlarged on bail upon his furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) along with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Station House Officer, Saroornagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commlssionerate. Further, the petitioner-A.7 shall abide by the conditions prescribed in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and shall also report before the Station House Officer, Saroornagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, on every Monday between 5.00 PM and 7.00 PM till the filing of the charge sheet.
