Heard Mr.Sajan Kumar for revision petitioners. The prayer to reject the claim against the revision petitioners is rejected for right reasons. The confirmation of the order impugned in the C.R.P. shall not be understood as this Court expressing a view on the merits of the matter.

The C.R.P. is dismissed. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The trial Court considers undertaking the trial on day- to- day basis and, if parties do not cooperate, the trial Court is given liberty to pass orders in accordance with law and to proceed further in the matter.

No order as to costs.
