This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief - "...to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent in interfering with the sale and distribution of bio-products of petitioner-Firm, i.e., G-5-Gr., G-5 Power Plus-Gr., Nitrosil G-20-Gr., Potasil-Gr., G-S (Foliar)-L, H-60-P, Humigel-P, Femigrow-L, K-up-L, N-Grow-L, ChargexL, Swa-Urja-L, 3 Nash-L, Striker-L, Curl Free Plus-L, Rasarang-L, Vetoneeme-L, Erase-L. Blue-Power-L, Weed Plus-P, Biokil-L, Milikil-L, Nutrichil-P, Rangeen Plus-L, Curl-Free Gold, Amrich-L, Nitrosil L-20-L, Max Linea-L, Zeromite-L & Biogreen-L, by issuing Memo No. PP.II(1)2085/2005, dated 21-01-2006 and Letter No.PP.

11(1)2085/2005, dated , 21-01-2006 as being illegal,arbitrary, unconstitutional and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondent not to interfere with in any manner in the sale and distribution of bioproducts including from the licensed premises of the dealers/stockists under the Insecticides Act, 1968 and the Fertilizers Control (Order) Act, 1985..." When the matter is taken up for admission, both the learned counsel submitted that this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.Nos.25293 of 2014 and batch dated 10.07.2015.

In view of the said submission, this writ petition is also disposed of at the admission stage in terms of the order dated 10.07.2015 passed in W.P.No.25293 of 2014 and batch. A copy of order passed in W.P.No.25293 of 2014 and batch shall form part of the record. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
