O R D E R:- This writ petition is filed to declare that the action of the 2nd respondent in its attempt to demolish the shop rooms bearing Nos.11-224, 11-225, 11-215, 11-216, 7-48, 7-41, 11-214, 11-207, 10-700, 11-278, 12-141, 12-93, 12140A, 11-208, 4-83 and 4-82 belonging to the petitioners respectively situated in K.G.Road, Nandikotkur, Kurnool District, as arbitrary, illegal, unconstitutional and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 2nd respondent herein not to demolish the shops belonging to the petitioners without following the due process of law.

During hearing, Sri MD. Saleem, learned Standing Counsel for Nandikotkur Municipality appearing for respondent No.2 has assured that the Municipality is not going to demolish the above premises without following due process of law.

Hence, the 2nd respondent is directed not to demolish the above premises without following the due

process of law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
