ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the proceedings, dated 20.01.2015, of respondent No.2, whereby the petitioner's application for grant of building permission was rejected, as illegal and arbitrary.

After arguing the case, Mrs.V.Dyumani, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to her client to approach the respondents with a fresh application for grant of building permission, in the event of her client succeeding in the pending civil litigation. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.29792 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
