HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20354 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of second respondent in Proceedings No.E1/685(1)/2003-KVL, dated 15.09.2003 as illegal, unjust, contrary to law, arbitrary, discriminatory in violation of Section 25-F and Section 25-N of Industrial Disputes Act and to grant all consequential benefits. This Court granted interim order on 24.09.2003 vide WPMP No.25487 of 2003. Advocate for petitioner submitted that petitioner continued in service as per interim order dated 24.09.2003 and no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Considering the submission of advocates of both parties, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
