THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.6754 of 2018 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order dated 19.02.2018 passed by the fourth respondent under the Andhra Pradesh Land Encroachment Act in respect of the house bearing No.8-4-548/36/4, admeasuring 120 sq. yards, situated at Shankarlal Nagar, Erragadda, Ameerpet, Hyderabad.

Since there is a provision for appeal against the impugned order, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. But, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only three (3) days time was given for vacating the land and in view of the same, the fourth respondent is restrained from implementing the order for a period of thirty (30) days in order to enable the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
