HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8126 OF 2019 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian) It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the conditional order passed on 17.04.2019 was not complied with. However, according to the petitioner the Asset Reconstruction Company has accepted a fresh OTS by their letter dated 03.05.2019. In the light of the same, the petitioner has filed a memo seeking the writ petition to be closed. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed as no orders are necessary.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
