The criminal petition is filed seeking for relaxation of the condition imposed necessitating the petitioner to seek permission of the Court below to leave India vide order dated 24.07.2014 in CRLPMP.No.698 of 2014 passed by the I Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that in total 11 crimes were registered against the petitioner and that a common charge sheet was filed in Cr.Nos.18 and 58 of 2009 and 129 of 2010 and the aforesaid condition was imposed with respect to Cr.No.18 of 2009 only.

Hence, considering the above, the criminal petition is allowed. The rest of the order of the Court below shall remain in tact. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
