THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.6680 of 2018 Order:

In spite of granting ten days time on 28.02.2018, learned Government Pleader could not get any instructions. In the circumstances, this Court is constrained to dispose of the present Writ Petition on the basis of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition.

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the fifth respondent in not conducting survey and fixing the boundaries of the land of an extent of Ac.9-00 cents, situated in Survey No.1136/3 of Janampeta village, Pinapaka Mandal, Bhadradri - Kothagudem District, in spite of the application of the petitioner in Mee-seva on 28.10.2016. The petitioner states that she is the owner of the said land and the pattadar passbooks were issued in her favour. She made the said application for survey and no action was taken by the fifth respondent.

In view of the application filed by the petitioner on 28.10.2016 and the manual application filed by the petitioner for survey of the land of an extent of Ac.9-00 cents, situated in Survey No.1136/3 of Janampeta village, Pinapaka Mandal, Bhadradri - Kothagudem District, this Court is inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, by directing the fifth respondent to consider the said application and take necessary action in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
