- 2 - THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.8139 of 2019 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed alleging even though cognizable offence was reported on 02-02-2018 to Station House Officer, Karimnagar Rural Police Station, crime is not registered and investigation is not taken-up causing lot of hardship and suffering to the petitioner. No proof is filed in support of the contention that crime was reported, but police refused to register the crime and investigating into the crime reported by the petitioner.

02. On instructions, learned Government Pleader for Home submits that no crime is reported to the police.

03. In view of the same, I find no merit in the writ petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed leaving it open to petitioner to work out remedies as available to him. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
