HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.7553 OF 2013 ORDER:

Heard counsel for petitioner and Assistant Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2.

The 2nd respondent through proceedings Rc.No.B/ 713/ 2013 dated 28.01.2013 called upon the 1st respondent to look into the matter personally and provide police protection to petitioner for harvesting the paddy crop raised in Sy.No.36 in an extent of Ac.5-19 guntas situated at Guttalamallaram Village, Manuguru Mandal of Khammam District.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions dated 20.03.2013, submits that on 04.02.2013, the State House Officer, Manuguru P.S provided protection to petitioner's lands. With the order passed on 04.02.2013, this Court is of the view that the prayer of the petitioner is substantially worked out. No further order is necessary.

The writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, stand closed.
