This application is filed to implead the petitioner/proposed respondent No.4 as party respondent No.4 in this Writ Petition as well as in all other pending miscellaneous petitions.

Heard learned counsel for the writ petitioner and learned counsel for the implead petitioner and perused the material on record.

After hearing both sides and on perusal of the entire material on records, this Court is of the considered view that the proposed respondent No.4 is a necessary party in this writ petition.

Having regard to the submissions made on both sides and for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, this application is allowed as prayed for.

The Registry is directed to take necessary steps to amend the cause title accordingly.

Accordingly, this I.A. is allowed.
