The matter pertains to the year 2003. A perusal of the proceeding sheet discloses that on 01.03.2024, at request of the learned counsel for the appellant, the matter was posted to 13.03.2024, as last chance. However, on t3.o3.2024, none appeared and there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, the matter is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal', but, even today, there is no representation for the appellant. Therefore, this Court is of the considered opinion that the appellant has not evinced any interest to proceed with the matter, as such, the appeal is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution. 3.
