This Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order dated 21/01/2014 passed by the II-Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in I.A.No. 2864 of 2013 in O.S.No. 306 of 2007.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner appears and states that the suit in O.S.No. 306 of 2007 was dismissed on 04/10/2018 for non-prosecution and the same has not been restored so far. Therefore, as on date no cause survives in this Civil Revision Petition. Needless to say if the suit is restored to file, the petitioner will have an option to revive the Civil Revision Petition.

3. With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications if any, shall stand closed.
