The present writ petition is filed challenging the de-categorization of the post of Attender to the post of Shramik. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Standing Counsel submits that in view of the interlocutory orders passed in this writ petition, no further orders are necessary.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed, as no further orders are necessary. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
