HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.8189 of 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner company was with regard to the inaction on the part of the authorities in conducting a survey and fixing the boundaries in the land claimed by it.

According to the petitioner company, respondent Nos.4 and 5 were obstructing its mining activity and thereby constrained it to approach the authorities to undertake a survey.

Though notice is yet to be served upon respondent Nos.4 and 5 in this Writ Petition, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that no orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition as the survey sought by the petitioner company ha s already been conducted. He would place before this Court a copy of the letter dated 17.6.2019 addressed by the Tahsildar, Veldanda Mandal, Nagar Kurnool District, stating to the effect that a survey was conducted on 27.4.2019 by the Mandal Surveyor in the presence of the interested parties.

As per the said letter, the boundaries of the land held by the petitioner company were also fixed and shown to its representative. In the light of the aforestated development, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for consideration.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
