THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2277 of 2014 ORDER:

It is brought to the notice of this Court that proceedings in Lr.No.1690/Endts.II(1)/2015 dt.07-07-2015 have been issued by the Principal Secretary to Government, Revenue (Endowments), A.P.Secretariat, Hyderabad rejecting the petitioners' request for allotment of shops on lease basis at Galigopuram Mutt in Tirumala. Copy of the said order has also been placed before me. In this view of the matter, granting liberty to petitioners to question the same, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
