The writ petition was dismissed for default/non-prosecution on 28.11.2008 and later, it was restored on 30.04.2010. Again on 29.12.2010, when there was no representation for the petitioner in the morning and in the afternoon, it was directed to post the writ petition after Sankranthi Vacation, 2011. When it was again posted on 21.01.2011, there was no representation. Today also, when the case is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner is absent and there is no representation. In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for default/ non-prosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
