This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to transfer O.P.No.12 of 2019 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Kamareddy to the Court of Senior Civil Judge at Asifabad, Komarambhim Asifabad District.

Counsel for both sides submits that O.P.No.12 of 2019 may be transferred to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Mancherial, which would be more convenient to both parties. 3.

In view of the said submission, O.P.No.12 of 2019 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge at Kamareddy is transferred to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Mancherial. 4.
