THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5947 OF 2007 ORDER:

As there was no representation either for the petitioners or their counsel on 05.12.2017 and 15.02.2018 the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Thereafter also, the matter underwent adjournments on 16.02.2018 and 27.02.2018. Today also, in spite of the matter being listed under the said caption, there is no representation either for the petitioners or their counsel both in the morning and afternoon sessions. It appears, the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter further.
