HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6027 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A.1 to A.9 seek to quash the proceedings in Crime No.247 of 2013 of the P.S., Karimnagar Rural, Karimnagar, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 379 and 403 IPC.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the letter, dated 21.06.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Karimnagar Rural Police Station, Karimnagar District, and submitted that the case was referred as 'false' on 27.07.2013. No representation for learned counsel for petitioners. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
