THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY W.P.M.P. No.31211 of 2016 AND WRIT PETITION No.13949 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in handing over possession of the plots bearing Nos.66, 67, 68 and 69 at Industrial Park, Jangaon Town, Warangal District with specific boundaries and by executing registered sale deeds in favour of the petitioner as illegal.

2. W.P.M.P. No.31211 of 2016 is filed by the petitioner seeking permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition in view of the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and the respondents in respect of handing over of the plots to the petitioners. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the W.P.M.P. is ordered and consequently the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. __________________________ (T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J) August 09, 2016.
