Petitioner's grievance is that he had made a representation on 26.05.2017 to 3rd respondent to consider granting him appointment on compassionate grounds and that the 3rd respondent has not taken any action thereon. 2.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dt.26.05.2017 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
