THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.31784 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Mines & Geology and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is the inaction on the part of the respondents in demarcating the mining lease area over an extent of Ac.77.34 cents in new Sy.No.682-1 (old Sy.No.425) of Chinthakunta village, Muddanur Mandal, Kadapa District. When the matter is taken up, written instructions furnished by the Assistant Director of Mines & Geology-fourth respondent herein have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader, wherein it is stated that the office of the fourth respondent has not received any representation from the petitioner, requesting for demarcation of the mining lease area over an extent of Ac.77.34 cents. On hearing the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to permit the petitioner to submit a representation, for redressal of his grievance, for consideration of the respondents in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleaders that, if any such representation is made by the petitioner herein, the same will be verified and considered, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to submit a representation to the respondents, for redressal of his grievance. If any such representation is made, the same be considered, strictly in accordance with law, and appropriate action be taken by the respondents, as expeditiously as possible.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
