HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9616 of 2017 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by petitioner/ accused seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.211 of 2017 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Nakrekal, Nalgonda District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor representing the State before ordering notice to the 1st respondent and perused the grounds urged in the quash petition.

A perusal of the material on record shows that there are no tenable contentions to quash the proceedings in the said C.C. and it is left open to raise such contentions during the course of trial.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
