It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the term of the office of the 4th respondent expired long back and there are no instructions from the petitioner also. The said submission is placed on record.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed as devoid of instructions. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
