This appeal is filed assailing the award and decree dated 28.03.2013 in O.P.No.65 of 2012 on the file of the Court of Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal - cum - I Additional District Judge, Srikakulam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal.
