THE HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE D.NAGARJUN CRIMINAL PETITION No.2576 of 2020 O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of proceedings in Cr.No.278 of of P.S.

Chandrayanagutta, registered for the offences under Sections 447 and 420 of Indian Penal Code, against the petitioners/accused No.1 to 5.

02. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted a letter dated 01-09-2022 addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chandrayanagutta P.S., wherein it is stated that investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed before learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad and the same has been numbered as C.C.No.13546 of 2021.

03. The same is recorded.

04. In view of the above submission, since the very purpose of filing this Criminal Petition is already been

defeated, no purpose would survive to proceed with this Criminal Petition and the same has become infructuous.

05. In view of the above, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed.

06. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There is no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
