This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in converting the land of an extent of Ac.0.60 cents in Survey No.213/6 at Rajanagaram Village and Mandal, East Godavari district for non-agricultural purpose. 2.

This Court noticed that the proceedings issued in the year 2013 are not specifically challenged by impleading the parties who obtained those proceedings. The petitioner merely states that name of the petitioner was not entered in the web land. In such circumstances, the petitioner should have challenged the proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer issued in the year 2013 converting the agricultural land to non-agricultural purpose in favour of some third parties.

In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition by impleading the third parties.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
