Heard counsel for petitioner and Sri Ch.Srinivas, Standing Counsel for respondents 4 and 5.

In this Writ Petition, petitioner has questioned the action of the 5th respondent in not renewing her license as a commission agent and insisting upon fulfilment of conditions laid down in G.O.Ms.No.57 Agriculture & Co-Operation (AM-II) Department, dt.12.10.2015 by issuing a common notice dt.30.10.2015 in Rc.No.384/2015.

Counsel for petitioner submits that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by order dt.02.12.2015 in W.P.No.39011 of 2015.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this writ petition is also allowed and the 5th respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application for grant of commission agent license without reference to G.O.Ms.No.57 Agriculture & Co-Operation (AM-II) Department, dt.12.10.2015, but by applying the norms in G.O.Ms.No.190, Agriculture and Cooperation (MKTG.I) Department, dt.06.04.1994 and communicate its decision to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
