Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

It is seen that Charge sheet is filed in this case and the case is numbered as C.C.No.456 of 2014 before II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Machilipatnam, Krishna District. Having regard to the stage of the case and in view of the prima facie accusation contained in the Charge sheet, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering the request of learned counsel for petitioners, the attendance of petitioners/Accused Nos. 2 to 7 in C.C.No.456 of 2014 on the file of II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Machilipatnam, Krishna District, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires their attendance. With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
